Jo, Ellen; Would you be related to the late Pettis and wife Mae Powell of Shelbina, MO (Shelby County). His father and mother lived in Macon, MO and I use to go with Pettis's family to Macon when they went to visit. Pettis and Mae Powell had one daughter Rosalee who was my good friend and classmate. Reva, I could not find anything in my database relating to a Pettis and Mae Powell. If they are related, I don't have any knowledge of it. I guess it's always possible.
