Wagner Assigned to Randolph County as Conservation Agent New conservation agent for Randolph County will be Gary W. Wagner, according to an announcement by the Conservation Commission. The 23-year-old Lutesville resident is one of ten men who have just completed the intensive four-month training course given by the Commission to all new conservation agents. The course includes field and laboratory demonstrations in all phases of the Commission's program as well as instruction and practical work in enforcement procedures. Wagner finished high school at Lutesville, is a graduate of State Teachers College in Cape Girardeau and taught last year in the Patton School system. He and his wife, Frances and their year-old son, Anthony Wayne, will make their home in Moberly. They are moving their furniture there this week. In Randolph County, Wagner will be taking over half the district which has been served by Conservation Agent David Wilder. Wilder will now be able to devote full time to duties in Howard County.
