Cecil, Woodland Hospital and McCormick Osteopathic were two private hospitals in Moberly. The Wabash Railroad also had a hospital in Moberly. I'm thinking there may have been 4 hospitals at one time in Moberly, but I can only recall 3. The town is still about the same size as when I was a kid, and now they only have one hospital (Moberly Regional). Initially, I had Searcy's wife as Tessie White, however, Lillian Cleeton's notes said that her middle name was Nichols. You are right about her parentage. I also have a note from Lillian stating that she also had a brother named "Warnie", which I assume to have been William Warner. Charlie Gillispie said that Searcy's second wife was Virginia Edwards. His surviving spouse was identified as Virginia, but I still haven't found a wedding license or another supportive documentation to enter it into my FTM.
