Elizabeth Serilda (Alexander) Lynch Deeds (she married Neptune Lynch on 11/13/1845): Randolph County, Missouri Deed Book G, Page 2: This Deed made and concluded this __ day of July in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred forty seven by and between Neptune J. Lynch, Jr. and Serilda Elizabeth Lynch his wife of the county of Randolph & state of Missouri of the first part and Neptune Lynch, Sen. Of the county of Chariton and state of Missouri of the second part witnesseth that the said party of the first part for & in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars current money of the United States to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is herby acknowledged and from every part a parcel thereof discharged, hath granted, bargained sold and conveyed & by these present doth grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever the following described tract of County land situated in county of Randolph and state aforesaid viz The North half to he Northeast quarter of section thirty four Township fifty three on Range sixteen , containing eighty acres more or less to have and to hold the said tract of land above described together with all and singular the rights privileges and Appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in anywise appertances to the only proper use benefit and behalf of him the said party of the second part, his heirs or assigns forever. And the said party of the fist part for himself his heirs, executors and administrator doth covenant and agree to and with the said party of the second part his heirs executors administrators & assigns the above bargained premises in the quiet & peaceable possession of the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns against all and every person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim the whole or any part of the within mentioned & described premises will forever warrant and defend. Be it known that we Neptune Lynch and Elizabeth S. Lynch his wife have this day and date for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars granted bargained sold and conveyed unto Neptune Lynch Sr. and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Neptune Lynch Sr. all of our right and title both in law and equity to and in the Estate of Timothy Logan deceased now in the State of Kentucky and in the hands of Hugh Logan son of the decd on which may be found in the hands of any other person or persons who may have the same as administration of the said Timothy Logan decd belonging to said Neptune Lynch Jr. and his wife Elizabeth as heir of the said Timothy Logan decd. The above is intended and we do hereby convey to said Neptune Lynch Sr. all of our interest both to real and personal property and money coming to us as heirs at law of said Timothy Logan decd.
