He was a son of John Thomas Daniel and Martha Ellen Yolkum. Joella died of septicemia following childbirth on 13 July 1926 in Renick, Mo. Summers had five siblings: 1) Lily Mae b. 2 Apr 1876 d. 25 Oct 1915 She first married Richard Oliver d. Oct 1897 in 1894 Shelby Co., and second husband was Mike Floyd 18 Aug 1902 2) Charles Henry b. 19 Feb 1878 d. 5 Oct 1933 married Anna Lorenson b. 11 Apr 1879 d. 29 Mar 1933 on 25 Mar 1903 3) Catherine Virginia b. 11 Nov 1886 d. 11 Oct 1975 married Charles "Noom" Fee b. 29 Sep 1883 d. 2 Aug 1950 4) Clarence b. 24 Aug 1892 d. 12 Nov 1944 married Jewell Settles b. 8 Apr 1900 d. 5 Mar 1983 5) Sarah Frances married Marion Goosey John Thomas Daniel was a son of William and Catherine Lewis Daniel. William was born about 1817 in Tennessee and died 12 Apr 1897 in Shelby Co. Charles Henry was my great-grandfather. Hope this helps.
