Thanks James. I’ve added Ruby Frances (Terrill) Magruder (b. 1911) to my database. The name Ruby Terrill sounded familiar. I suppose my mother (b. 1907) must have mentioned her occasionally. Ruby’s father was a second cousin to Rev. James Robert Terrrill (b. 1878) who was married to Mom’s beloved Aunt “Dana” Holtzclaw. Apparently my closest common ancestor with Ruby was my father’s 6th G-grandfather Roger Mallory (b.1637). Interest in Terrill Surname.  Fountain Terrill, father John.  Circa 1850 in Howard or Grundy county as Fountain's daughter, Emily, married James Murray (Murry), my gggrandparents..  Do not have a lot on Emily's family but James to father Adam and mother Elizabeth Cooper Murray, her parents Sarshall Cooper and Ruth Hancock. Emily's grandaughter, Bernice Lamberson, is definitely mixed blood, American Indian.
