Let me tell you what I found out about GEORGE KNOX. He was b 30 APR 1847 and d. 27 AUG l930. He m. Virginia "Jennie" CROSS, who was b 26 OCT l860. They had three children at least: l. a daughter, SCOTTIE, b 7 SEP l883 who m. William Irvin WESTLAKE, b 6 JAN l875. They had two children: Francis Knox WESTLAKE, b l4 FEB l9l5; d 22 JAN l992 and Martha Will WESTLAKE, b ca l9l8. I don't know who she married. 2. a son, John Thomas Knox, b 31 JAN l885, who m. Anna SEARS, who d. l909. They had a son Charles KNox. 3. a son, Archie Doyle Knox, b 4 AUG l894, who m. Leola CUNNINGHAM. Their sons were: Howard KNOX and William Archie KNOX. Will someone please tell me who the descendants of this family are? Are there any county histories that might help? Cemetery books? Anyone willing to visit the court house?
