Sarah WATERFIELD died in Moberly Mo 11 July 1914. She was buried in Union Cemetery at the Union Church in Riggs, Boone Co. MO. Her survivors were her husband John, son Columbus "Lum" WATERFIELD and brother Green Matthews/Mathews of Higginville. I just found out Sarah was m to Solomon W Goodman 1858 and a widow in Randolph Co by 1860. m John W Waterfield 1861-62 per marriage books. The name Mathis/Matthews/Mathews seem to be interchangeable. Columbus married Roberta "Bert" Mathis. The Mathis's intermarried with the Dameron Clan of North Carolina. The only Green I find with a sister, Sarah, was married to Mayo.
