Just getting started in Randolph county. Much to my surprise a request for a birth certificate from 1903 came back with "we don't have records for that time span". Can someone enlighten me as to whether or not such records exist and if so, how to get them? Looking for a Marie Bradley b. 1903, daughter of Harry Leonard Bradley (1883-1919) and Minnie Pearl Johnson (1882-1966).
