12 July 1890--Judge M. M. Burton, of Huntsville, came over Monday to attend the funeral of his niece, Mrs. J. B. Tymony. This would be Judge May Medley Burton (1822-1916) who is so often mentioned in the Higbee News. His niece is Bindy Burton (jan 10 1858-July 6, 1890) the daughter of Joseph W.
