I believe that despite the difference in months on her birth, Sarah Blancet, married to William on the 1900 census and Sarah Grapes, married to William Blancett are one and the same. In the 1920 census for Geo W Blanset, the Orville F Blanset I mentioned, age 18, fits with the son of William Blanset and Sarah Grapes - born 26 Jun 1901 per the Higbee News.  So, I for one, am merging them.
