This family settled in Dyer Co., TN. I am searching for my Palmer ancestors. I know nothing about this side of my family. The only info that I have is on my gg-grandpa, R.G. Palmer. My grandpa, Moody Leach, is 94 and still with us. He only knows that R.G. was a cattle man, and was born in MO. R.G. married Ada Bishop. Ada was born in 1867 - Dyer Co., TN. R.G. met Ada, while passing through as a cattleman, where they married and had two children: Alma Palmer, and Henry Palmer. R.G. Palmer got on his horse one day, never to return, leaving Ada alone to raise Alma and Henry. Rumor was that R.G. went to California. That is all we have on our Palmer descendants, and would love to find out more. If you have any clues for me, I would surely appreciate it. thanks, tina collings
