Hello Sue, Checking Harlan's Transcription of Marriages & Deaths in Randolph Co., MO from 1854-1949, I found the following: Daniel Hunt d. July 7, 1940. His obit was in the July 8, 1940, Moberly Monitor Index and Evening Democrat. There was no mention of a Nathan Hunt. You can contact the Moberly Library to obtain a copy of the obit.
