This is my line. David and Malinda were the brother and sister of my great great grandparents William and Charlotte Branscomb Vestal. I don't know a whole lot about their children. There was Ann who married John Morrow. There was also a daughter who married a Partin and one who married a Mullenix. As far as I know they had all daughters. I don't know of any sons. David died in May 1880 according to the 1880 mortality schedule. He was 65 years old. The daughter Rebecca you mentioned is actually the daughter of Wm. & Charlotte. They had several children & she died young. This is about the extent of my knowledge of their children. Are they your ancestors? John E. John, Just wanted to say you gave me exactly what I needed to piece the family together with info I already had. David is the son then of James Vestal and Jemima Wright (dau of Evans Wright and Rebecca Summers) correct? I decend though David's daughter Carlista "Ann" who married John Morrow.
