Martinstown, 6 Aug 1885 James BOLANDER'S youngest child, aged 7 months, died of whooping cough on the 27th. Wm. PIERCEFIELD'S yongest child age 1 yr. and 8 months, died Aug. 1st of a lingering sickness. Chariton, 6 Aug 1885 Wm. TERRILL, Sr. died the 29th of last month. The remains were interred at the Mitchell grave yard, Thursday evening. Mr. Terrell leaves a wife and several children to mourn his loss; also a large circle of friends. Local, 6 Aug 1885 An infant child of Jacob CHOATE died at his residence in this city on Friday last.
