Kay, No special software is required. I don't have any of my three counties set up that way. They are coded in simple HTML so that even the "older" computers can open them. I'm not sure how you have your computer configured so I can't specifally say what "problem" you are having. I use IE and know of those who use Netscape and WebTV that don't have any problems and don't need special software. If you would like to send me a copy of the message you receive OFF THE LIST, I'll see what I can find out. ALL of my webpages are done as you suggested in the simplest way.
