I'm trying to get info on how to obtain old hospital records. This would be the Fulton, Mo. State Hospital. I don't know know a birthdate on the person I'm seeking info on....person would be my GG Grandfather. The census shows him in this mental (?) hospital during the year, 1910. Couldn't I get this info under the Freedom of Information Act???? Any help with this would be very appreciated!!! What county is Fulton in??? Thanks!!
