I couldn't make out some of the words for sure, so if part of it doesn't quite make sense, will somebody clue me in as to what they think the words in parantheses should be? (State?) adjourns term of the County Court of Pulaski County commenced and held at the Court House in the town of (Maynesville?) on Tuesday of the fifteenth day of June, AD, 1852 the following (__) was made to wit: Ordered by the Court that James M. Miller be and is hereby appointed overseer of the second district of county road leading from R. L. Ramsey's in Johnson Township to David Miller's in Miller Township (Hunters Camp) on main (Maries Cliffty) to the state road and that he be notified of his appointed. A true copy of the order of Court as appears on Record. In testimony whereof I Richard F. M. Lawrence, Clerk of the County, have hereunto set my hand and seal of said Court at office this fifteenth day of June, AD 1852. Richard F. M. Lawrence
