Thanks for the reply. The area I speak of is only 1 mile NE of Devils Elbow, but it's definitely not in Devils Elbow. Perhaps I am wrong about the location I've picked. Here's another related topic. Anybody aware of an "Observatory" in downtown Devils Elbow? I believe there used to be one there back in the 50's or so.
