Does anyone know if there are any early RUSSELLS listed anywhere in the Pulaski Co. records.. such as marriages, deaths, burials, etc.. Are there good records going way back? And are there old newspapers? Trying to establish who William Russell was back in 1840.. ??? Ellie S.
