Would someone on this list have access to looking up a newspaper article or an obituary for a Goldy/Golda Sloan born September 12, 1910 and death was November 15, 1917 in Swedeborg, Mo. She is buried in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery with her parents. She was a sister to my father, Orval Sloan. Their father was James Marion Sloan. She apparently was walking home from school and either a boy jumped on her back and broke it or another story was that a car stopped and a boy got out and stomped on her. I'm trying to get info on how to obtain old hospital records. This would be the Fulton, Mo. State Hospital. I don't know know a birthdate on the person I'm seeking info on....person would be my GG Grandfather. The census shows him in this mental (?) hospital during the year, 1910. THANKS JOY! I'm looking for any Nunn's going to school there. Also any Pierce or Bowen's. I recently received 2 pics of Cave Springs School. One is of 1907 which I know my g-aunt was in it. But the other one has no date on it & the school is a log cabin type however there's no mention of any names or who of my family is in it. My gg-grandmother wrote on it that she'd like for her son...my g-grandfather, William T. Nunn to have this pic, so I'm thinking he's in the pic.
