Could someone tell me about the Cemetery walk that is gong to happen October 9th.

Hi, The Living History Tour of Greenwood Cemetery will be held October 19 and 20th (Friday and Saturday) starting at 10 a.m. Friday is for school field trips only and Saturday is the day for the public. It is sponsored by the Polk County Genealogical Society and the Greenwood Cemetery Association. The free tour is a walking tour--you will not be allowed to drive into the cemetery to take the tour. There will be parking at the gates of the cemetery. If you absolutely cannot come on Saturday, contact the PCGS at pcgs@alltel.net and they will see if they can fit you in with one of the school group tours.
