    3. Yes, I agree. When I visited there in July there were several newer looking cars in front of houses which means there are people living there. It looks like just a nice quiet neighborhood in the middle of the country. You might not even know it was a town unless you actually drove around. There is a church there although I'm not sure if they hold services.
