The Rev. Robert L. Larson of Ascension Lutheran Church in Medford, OR will officiate. Mr. Andrews, 88, of Medford, OR died Tuesday (March 25, 2003) at Rose Haven Nursing Center in Roseburg, OR He was born Nov. 22, 1914, in Cliquot, Mo., to Charles and Clara Andrews. On July 5, 1937, in Chadwick, Mo., he married Sarah House, who survives. They moved to the Rogue Valley in 1984 from Garden Grove, Calif. Mr. Andrews was a maintenance man for the Garden Grove School District in California. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Mr. Andrews was a member of Garden Grove, CA Community Church and the Glass Cathedral. He enjoyed country music, playing horseshoes, walking and camping. Survivors, in addition to his wife, include a son, Ron, Medford; a brother, Cliff, Yuma, Ariz.; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Ken, Virgil and Hugh; and two sisters, Maudy Faye Williams and Linda Claudine. Arrangements: Abbey Funeral, Medford. Can't be many with that name of Siddy! lol. This is a branch of my Locke's but not my direct branch. William was also married to Rachel Elizabeth Gott. I can not figure out why William would be calling himself Granger, must be a nick name?     3. Yes Karen check all possiblities out, My mother's father was born Charles Russell Walker , but people knew him as Charley Walker they were from Jsaper Co., MO. I check for death cert. for him and it was spelled Charly Walker I brought up Walkers and went through them all is how I found him. Good luck .     3. I am a descendant of Luke Prier Holmes whose younger half brother was William Rilan Holmes. Both lived and are buried in Polk County, MO. Ostensibly, William Rilan Holmes died in Polk County but in the Missouri Archives death index listing I've not been able to find his death certificate.
