The Polk County Genealogical Society Library has the Circuit Court Record books from 1835 to 1960. These books cover every case presented in the Circuit Court. They are available for people to use for research. Each book contains an index so researching a name is pretty easy. You can contact the library for more information or visit us on the web at www.pcgsmo.com
