When I was in Bolivar recently, the subject of Justices of the Peace came up at the genealogy society. One of the men there told me that each Justice kept his own book. That means that IF you are looking for a JP "Book", unless the family has it, the odds are not good of finding it. Belle

He would have become a J.P. sometime between 1855-1863. I would like to know how I can find those records. Any help will be much appreciated. Chris
