I was looking for information on John C West who was around Parkville in 1888 when I saw your query. Are you from this area? Our line of West came to Platte in 1840's or 50's from Madison County Kentucky. Some setteled near Avondale, my family from around Edgerton, and others around Linkville. Beverly is awfully close. We could be cousins. I have contact with a cousin in Colorado who is really deep in search and has written a book on our family going back to about 1790 there in Kentucky. Before that we are not sure. Maybe you can help. Hope to hear from you. Carl
