Thank you all for your kind words and interest in the notebooks that I have. These notebooks were all put together before the use of computers to record genealogy and family trees. Our tenant devised his own system for recording family and I have not figured out the system yet. It will take me some time to do this and it will probably be late in September before I can get back to it. I will post the surnames to this list when I have figured out what the lines were. This much I can tell you, there were family members born in Platte County, in Kentucky and South Carolina. Beyond that I have not figured out what the list of names is. I have saved all of your e-mails and I will get back to you. I am going to unsubscribe for a few weeks so that I don't fill up my mailbox. Thank you again for the help and ideas.
