Hi, I am looking for the final whereabouts of a Vilas WYATT July __, 1885 - d. ________, ____?) & his wife, Cordelia (WHITEHEAD) WYATT (July 10, 1886 - July, 1973). The last I heard was that Vilas WYATT was living in either Kansas City, Missouri or Kansas City, Kansas, based on the obituary of a sibling. I can't find his name in the Social Security Death Index and am assuming he died sometime in the 1960s or 1970s. Is there a local Kansas City index of cemeteries, obituaries, or deaths that can be checked for his date of death and place of burial? His wife's date of death is based on an SSDI entry, but her last residence was in Florida, so am not able to determine anything from that, and cannot be absolutely the SSDI entry is a match for Cordelia (Whitehead) Wyatt. They had two children, Violet L. Wyatt (b. ca. 1909/10 -) & Harold D. WYATT (Nov. 13, 1913 - Nov. 21, 1990), either of whom may be buried with their parents.
