Walter Endicott came to the assistance of his father and Masoner was shot three times and his wounds were supposed to be mortal, insomuch that his dying statement was taken. T.C. Endicott and W.M. Hughes each recieved a shot in the leg. Masoner recovered. ================================================================= Mollie Masoner-enter: James Grady d Aug 29, 1898. Teter Masoner m'd second, Elizabeth Toby....enter: Elizabeth Masoner d. Dec. 1, 1898 at the home of her son Teter. Buried at Mt. Zion. She was born Aug 1, 1824 in TN. M'd October 31, 1844 Teter Masoner Sr. Came to Clay 1850 and Platte 1853. Note: When referring to someone in the Annals book, it gives the page number and then after the "enter", it puts the info where it would have been in the original book. At least that is how I see it. i.e. on Mollie Masoner in the Annals book, it states her dead and had married James Grady with 10 children. The entry of his passing would have been placed at that point if the book had been continuous. Chuck -- The older I get, the better I was!
