Simmons of Weston. Dec. 19, 1888- J.W. Simmons married Talitha Ninemeyer. May 27, 1890- WIlliamson Simmons, aged 77, died above Weston. He came in 1857. July 19, 1878- Hartman Schneider married Mary Simmons. ============================================ I did notice that in the 1850 census that there is a Martha Keller, 4 years younger than Joel, living next door. Depending on the different dates on the census, it would match up with the ages on other stuff. ========================================= Perhaps this is Joel A. JR. If you are not familiar with the area, Leavenworth is right across the river from Platte County. Death notices for this area (Platte) are still today posted often in the Leavenworth Times.
