Sept. 10, 1892- Maria Rose, nee Benner, died north of Weston. SHe was born April 13, 1841; married November 29, 1859, M.S. ROse. Children: 1. Julia Rose m'd Sept 20,1885, WIlliam Mann. 2. William Rose, a printer, formerly of the Landmark office. (probably refers to Leavenworth paper) He m'd June 1, 1896, Angelina J. Beller. I found Jeremiah listed in 2 different places as being on the tax list in 1839 for Platte County. There is another bio in "History of Clay and Platte Counties" for brothers William P. and T.D. Rose but says they are the sons of James E. And Kitty Robinson Rose of KY. I find some Rose names in the Index for Platte County Cemeteries that appear to be for that family as well.
