Hello, this is my first post to this list.......in 1830 Walter Crow purchased a piece of land near Ashley. When I tried to pinpoint the property I found that the township and range numbers appear to be turned on a diagonal from the rest of the numbers that surround the town. I am looking for Section 26, Township 53 north, Range 3 west, and it appears that sections 20-26 are not labeled (at least on topozone.com, which is the only map I have with township/ranges on it). Can someone please point me in the right direction to find another map (online would be nice) with township and ranges clearly labeled? Thanks!
