Reprints of the 1883 History of Pike County, MO are available from Missouri Historical Printers, Box 427, Marceline, MO 64658. Cost was $200 last year when I purchased my copy. It is a very large and detailed history book, over a thousand pages, and well indexed. It was well worth the $200.
