Linda, I received a copy of your e-mail to Dean. I know from the Pike Co History Book that Jane Vannoy was a member of the Christian Church at New Harmony, Mo. Has this cemetery been checked. If not let me know and I will try to get there this summer. It is not far from where my Mother lives. Still trying to trace more of my Jeremiah Vannoy/Jane Moss Vannoy family. Can't find Jane's burial place--if you see a Jane Vannoy anywhere, let me know! People on the MOPIKE list have checked Pike County listings, but no luck. Have found a living third cousin not far from me who had some good information. Jeremiah's death and burial are also a mystery. Have located all 6 of his daughters after coming to Oregon and am working to follow up on some of them hoping to find Jeremiah's death. Good luck on your trip! Note new e mail address. We have over a year of forwarding service, so I still get mail on the qwest.net address. Good morning. I received a copy of your email. I have the Vannoy in my family line, but not very strong. You mention you mother is in the New Harmony area. What town? I am originally from Bowling Green, Pike County, MO, now living in TN. If you need any help on Pike County names, let me know and I will see what I can find in my reference books. Sincerely, Tom W. Sisson.
