I have a letter that J.R. Davis ,wrote to my Great Grandfather Jake,and at the time he was firing boilers at the City water works. He states that Jewel is working there also.I think Jewel is J.R. son, I find Jewel as a student in the Sedalia high school in 1914.J.R, Davis was born in IL.To George and Arminda(Maloney) Davis.He married Callie Pearl Amos.
