I have researched the Youngs & have info. after Pettis Co. Missouri. I also sent an E-mail to Billie Marie Dresser, who you responded to. I hope we can share what we've learned with each other. My connection to Elizabeth Young is through one of her daughters. I haven't learned her name, she married Presley Bryant,they had son named Thaddeus Young Bryant and I believe she died when the baby was one or two years old. In the 1840 census of Pettis Co. Missouri ,Presley Bryant,wife and baby lived next to Elizabeth Young who was a widow. I am really happy to find someone finally who is looking for the same family as I am.I should have told you that Presley Bryant was my Gr.Gr.Grandfather.You mentioned in your posting that you had the names of all of Elizabeth Youngs children. Can you please tell me which one married Presley Bryant and was the mother of Thaddeus Bryant? I would like to have all the children's names,birthdates,any info. would be re! ally appreciated.I will be happy to hear from you, Kathy, I'll get out the notes and census pages I have to share with you.
