Does anyone know of a wagon train that left Pettis County for Texas (Dallas County) in the fall of 1845? My ancestor was Samuel Ramsey. He arrived in Dallas in November 1845 and I can't imagine that he and his family made the trip alone. Barbara Wyche [email protected]
