Obituary - Sedalia Democrat, 10 November 1949 Mrs. Mary F. Potter Mrs. Mary Frances Potter, 70, died at Bothwell hospital at 9:30 o'clock Wednesday morning after a short illness. Mrs. Potter had undergone a major operation recently. She was born February 7, 1873, daughter of the late William and Rebecca Steele. She was married in 1921 to George Potter who preceded her in death. She was a member of the Otterville Methodist church. Mrs. Potter is survived by one sister, Mrs. Sally Hopkins of Otterville and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon, 2:30 o'clock at the Otterville Methodist church and interment will be made in the IOOF Cemetery at Otterville. The Rev. H. A. Wood will officiate.
