Obituary - Sedalia (Missouri) Democrat, 22 December 1963 Jabe H. Potter Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Gillespie Funeral Home for Jabe H. Potter, 71, Clifton City, who died Friday. The Rev. Robert Horton, pastor of the Clifton City Methodist Church, will officiate. Masonic Lodge, Otterville, of which Mr. Potter was past master, will conduct the services at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Clem Reuter, Oliver Bridges, Emil Pabst, Lester Stone, Nelson Van Cannon, and George Gross. Mrs. M. E. Stevens will sing "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere" accompanied on the organ by Mrs. Mae Pulliam. Burial will be in the IOOF Cemetery, Otterville.
