I am looking for someone who knows about Joseph C. Dillard, born 28 Feb 1912 in Otterville, Missouri, son of William E. and Grace Overstreet Dillard. He married Lois Potter and died 2 Jan 1978 Pettis County, Missouri. I ran across his obit while looking for something else. I have several Dillards and Potters in my file, but not these names.
