Article of an agreement made between Elijah Thomas and Attrey Williams of the state aforesaid and County of Pettis: Both agree that neither of them is to have no right nor lien on each other's property whatever; and the said E. Thomas further agrees not to trade nor convey any of the property belonging to her without her consent and this is to stand good and in full force at the death of either party. Be it remembered that on the 11th day of Dec. 1857 personally appeared before the undersigned a Justice of the Peace a justice of the peace in and for the county aforesaid Elijah Thomas and Attry Thomas late Attry Williams to me well known to be the same persons who executed the foregoing instrument of writing as parties thereto and severally acknowledged the same to be their act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned.
