My maiden name is Ready and I live in Maries County. But a branch of the family, Isaac Ready or Reedy as it was sometimes spelled, moved his family to Sedalia when the railroad came. He died in 1932 and is buried alongside his wife in the Sedalia cemetery. There sons were Thomas, Granville, James and Wilford. They had a daughter, Louisa, who married a Truman and had children. I was wondering if your Mary Ready could be a descendant of Isaac?
