Hmmm. Mrs. Carter recorded a marker at HighPoint Cemetery near Hugesville, "John Bolger, 1837-1920." That the death date is the same but a double digit variance on the birthdate occurs...is...unusual. I added about 175 names to Mrs. Carter's reading of this cemetery (none Bolger)....and in checking those notes...I did not list the original marker...which means I either missed it altogether or agreed with her reading.
