She is listed on the census records as, Margaret, May, Maggie and M. M. Therefore, we are unsure of her given name, however, she lived her life as Mae Phillips Ash. She was born about 1879 and married William Charles Ash in Pemiscot, Mo about 1898. William Charles and Mae had nine children: Parker Neal, Daniel, Hugh, Joseph, Nettie Mae, Nellie Mae, Lily Belle, Lula Belle and Mary. Any information is appreciated. email jstephenson48@comcast.net.
