My mother "Beryl" legally changed from "Byrel) is Oscar's 0 daughter from his first marriage. Oscar's father was Samuel and one of Sammy's brothers was Thomas Oscar Vaughn "Tom". Samuel was married (Minnie?) Etta Lee Farris. I have their father as J. W. Vaughn b.1840, married to an Elizabeth Unknown. They had another brother named John W. which could have been their fathers name also. I have what I believe to be the full line up to a William Vaughn, 1800 marrying Mary Skinner, Children Mary 1834, Rebecca 1846 and JW. The line carries into the Skinners from there back tooo the 1750's. Both my mothers "Vaughns" and her mothers "Pullams" carry back to the same "Skinner" family to Mary and her sister Priscilla carrying down the generations to ME! What a thing to find, but understand there was over 100 years between them and me! lol Do you have or need other information? PS: Jewel is one of my new found cousins too!
