Surnames: Bishop/Simpson/Haggard/DePriest Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/EMB.2ACE/690 Message Board Post: John William Henry Harrison Taylor Victory Wright Bishop, a widower with a small son, Ed married Frances [Fannie] Carolina Simpson around 1890-1891 in Cerro Gordo, TN. They had 6 children. This family moved to Pemisot Co, Mo in 1920. At some point he was a Justice of the Peace and also known as Judge Bishop. He was a farmer and lived in the Bayou area near Steele, MO. He died in 1947 and she died in 1960 and they are both buried at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Steele. I am searching for info on his and her family prior to 1892. Any info or connection would be much appreciated.
