It is about 3 mile north east of Steele. I grew up between Portageville and Hayti and knew I had heard the name. A very hand site for finding such things is http://geonames.usgs.gov/pls/gnis/web_query.gnis_web_query_form In this case enter Micola as the Feature Name, Missouri as the state, Pemiscot as the county and Feature type select populated place and click on submit. It apparently has also been known as Mecca and as Pokono. Now click on View USGS Digital Raster Graphic and you can see it on the map. It looks like a group of houses at a railroad crossing.
