Moore, 62, died Oct. 22, 2001, at Desert Valley Medical Center in Victorville. Born in Bragg City, Mo., on Nov. 6, 1938, he lived in Phelan for three years. He was retired after 35 years in Local Union 440. He lived in Norco for 10 years where he had many friends. He was preceded in death by wife JoAnn of Norco; mother Bobbie Mae of Banning; father Rufus F. of Prescott, Ariz.; sisters Alberta Collins of Pomona, Marie Dalley of Fresno and Evelyn Churchill of Hawthorne; brothers Manuel of Bakersfield and Allen of Memphis, Tenn. He is survived by daughters Patti Hill and her husband Howard of Adelanto and Arvella Maples and her fiancee Douglas of Phelan; sisters Naomi Parsons of Donovan, Mo., Imogene Barber of Banning and Peggy Henkel; nine grandchildren, one great-grandchild and one on the way. Mrs. Pipkins was born March 21, 1888 in Crockett County, Tenn.; the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bob Blurton. She has lived for the past three years in the Ingram Ridge Community, living on R.F.D. No. 3 out of Portageville, near the O. C. Clark store. She is survived by her husband, George Pipkins, two daughters, Annie M., and Ruthie, four sons, Pauley, Robert, Archie and Herman.
