In the History of Webser County 1855-1955 there is a small article The Bank of Seymour with Joiner Gentry President,Wm.T. McMahan,vice president an R.E.Simmons,chasier had been organized about 2 yrs at this time.This Bank until the moratorium of 1933 was the oldestbake in Webster County. Hope this helps. Linda
